Login to Unity Client 17 prompts for GIS login details? Can we preload?

We have added the SDK items to allow mapping in OnBase 17 to our App Server and our Unity Client workstation, similiar to OnBase 16.  However when we login to the OnBase 17 Unity Client, the user is presented with a login screen for the map services.  We can cancel this screen and still get in and see the maps but we do not want our users to always be presented with  the screen.  Additionally, not all of our uses have ARC GIS accounts so they cannot login.

Is there anyway to preload credentials or by bypass the login screen?

Hi Caleb!

Thanks for reaching out on Community!

There a few ways to tackle this scenario.

Your first option is to turn Advanced Mode off in the GIS Configuration Tool by by unchecking the Advanced Mode checkbox. The Integration for Esri MRG has more details on what features 'Basic Mode' will offer.

You can also enable Cache License and leave Advanced Mode enabled. This will allow users to only have to type their AGOL or Portal credentials once every 30 days.

Finally, you could take advantage of our user group configuration options to use the above settings for specific users. For example if you created a group of users who have AGOL or Portal credentials, you could turn on Advanced Mode and Cache License for that specific user group. The rest of your users without those credentials could be in Basic Mode, meaning they won't be prompted to log in.
