What affect would changing doc types (or keywords) in OnBase have on SAP integration? I believe our integration uses a unique ID number and that is what SAP references so my assumption is there is no affect but would like to verify.
Thanks!

Hello Joe,
If you are strictly referring to the ArchiveLink part of the integration (the part that ties the image in OnBase to the object in SAP), there is more than just a unique ID that ties the two together. The OnBase document type you are intending on using must exist in the Repository section of the ArchiveLink admin page and be tied to the corresponding repository in SAP. If you want to use a different document type, you must add it here appropriately. If you remove a document type from this section, any previous links created will be broken. If you are simply renaming a document type, this should not cause any issues.
Changing keywords should not cause any issues, but please be aware that if you are using the Business Index Connector to update keywords, any new keywords added that you want updated by SAP must be added in the BIC configuration.
Hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Chrystal Legan
