Can't Preview Excel or CSV files in OIFS

When we import Excel or CSV files into OnBase Integration for Salesforce App, we are unable to preview the file inside the OIFS app. Are previews of spreadsheets not supported in OIFS? Could someone provide a list of document types or file types that OIFS do not support previews? Thanks!

Hi @Jie Fan,

The OIFS integration adheres to file formats available from the HyViewer or OBViewer. Here is this list of supported Standard File Formats.
