We created a Template in Docusign which has the field 'Attachments' included so that the recipient can upload attachments when reviewing the document. Initially, the Attachments field was set to a 'Required Field' and all was well.
We decided that we wanted to make the attachments optional and removed the 'Required Field' option.
Now, we are unable to 'Send To DocuSign' in OnBase. The document IS actually sent to DocuSign, but an error in OnBase occurs, and the document is not saved in the database as being sent. (not getting an envelope ID returned??) So, as far as OnBase is concerned, the document was not sent to DocuSign, even though it was...
The OnBase error is: There is an error in XML document(1, 2409)
Does not seem to be a configuration problem, since it is a Template change on DocuSign that causes the issue.
Any help or insight as to what would be the reason for this would be greatly appreciated.
