An error appears when uploading an image saying "Required output parameter 'signatures' is missing"

Hello,

For some reason, when we try to upload an image in the unity client, an error message comes to the user.

After checking for logs, we have seen this particular error:

"Required output parameter 'signatures' is missing for: GetConfiguredSignaturesForDocument"

The weird situation is that the user does not have the rights to signature pad in the privileges but the error comes anyway.

Do you know how we can avoid it please?

I have a group of users who get this same error.  We're on 21.1.13.1000.  We upgraded months ago.  Any idea what the solution is?

We have been randomly seeing this since EP3. Upgrading to EP5 in 2022 did not correct the issue. We cannot recreate on demand, as it pops up randomly for users. We have been moving users to thin clients with virtual desktops. Just recently one of those users is now getting this error all the time. We have not found a solution either.
