workflow tasks not showing up

For some reason I can no longer access the workflow tasks from the document when I select and open a document from a dashboard.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems.

Based on past experiences, this kind of problem is something that we typically need a bit of implementation information on in order to determine the actual root cause of the problem.

Thanks Jerry. That is what I did after posting. Realized that if I removed myself from Manager and Admin groups then I could see the ad hoc task... Odd since they have access to everything.

Hey, Sid. It's a display action. Go to the dashboard properties and choose display actions. Then choose the action type "display document" and select the unique keyword that would allow it to retrieve the document. We use DocID but I believe you could use another if it would find only one OnBase document.
