Hello,

1) Are subproducts like this process tracking achieved through the dashboard reports, i.e. are these types of products created out-of -the-box functionality? Or are they created using some form of custom SQL query.
Performance metrics typically require a custom SQL Query.
One resource that might help is to grab a copy of the Report Services (Depricated) exports. This ZIP file contains over 140 queries originally used in Report Services (SQL and Oracle) many of which are the type you are looking for.
Report Services Export Files (hyland.com)
These queries are no longer supported so they may not immediately work after importing as a Data Provider. It is also highly recommended to have a certified DBA review these before implementing. While it may be a little discouraging that some of these no longer work, I believe they are a fantastic starting point and should save you weeks/months of development time.
To use this file, you will need to be on a version of EP3 or newer. The Import option appears in the Data Provider configuration. https://support.hyland.com/r/OnBase/Reporting-Dashboards/Foundation-24.1/Reporting-Dashboards/Config...
Use the option Convert reports from Report Services to use an export file from Report Services
2) Is there a reference guide that lists database tables/fields for SQL users to ease construction of SQL Queries? Any additional guides on using this feature as it relates to reporting and dashboards?
Documentation:
Note: This guide does not list the entire schema as many of the tables are proprietary, but it has the important ones
Review this guide before accessing the OnBase Database

This area has a collection of community shared/sourced Queries. This is where most professionals go when the Database Reporting Guide is missing something they want.
