What is the result limit for Reporting Dashboards?

What is the result limit for Reporting Dashboards? Or, what is the number of documents that can be reported on before an out of memory exception error occurs? (For example, if you use custom query workflow filters, there's a system limit of 2,000 on the number of results.) Thanks!

Hi Julie,

By default, there isn't a limit on the number of rows returned by Reporting Dashboards' data providers.

There are two ways to set a limit, if desired:

1: Setting a global limit that will affect all data providers in your system, by going to Onbase Configuration, Utils -> Reporting Dashboards Settings, and changing Override Max Row Limit to the desired limit.

2: Set the row limit for a specific data provider by going to its Properties -> Advanced, and setting the results limit.

A screenshot of that properties page and more info on this can be found on page 322 in the Reporting Dashboards MRG. To limit results in general, we recommend using input parameters on most/all of your data providers, so that you only pull back the relevant information.
