Is it possible to combine the Scanning, Indexing, and QA Productivity reports into one? Our HIM Director wants to see everything on a single dashboard, instead of switching between the three.

Yes! You can absolutely have multiple data providers supplying data to one dashboard.  This can be done a few different ways.  In the dashboard properties dialog under the data provider tab, in dashboard administration you can choose the 'Assign Data Providers' button in the ribbon, and in the dashboard designer there is a button to 'Add/Remove' in the data providers section of the ribbon.  Keep in mind that each dashboard item can only show data from one data provider.
