Did you mean:

Email Agent field1, etc.

We currently have a few mailboxes that Email Agent imports documents from within, and we have those documents go to workflow queues where staff members link the email to a particular student. We have a use case which will create thousands of emails and we want to update field1, field2, and documentType based on information within the email.

The emailagent.ini document implies that's possible, but I can't see any documentation that explains how these options would be set in order to assign an email to the appropriate field1 and field2 values:

document.keys.documentType.default=
document.keys.documentType.type= not literal?
document.keys.documentType=
document.keys.field1.type=UNDEFINED
document.keys.field1=
document.keys.field1.type.serial.format=
document.keys.field1.type.serial.start=
document.keys.field1.dateformat=
document.keys.field2.type=
document.keys.field2=
document.keys.field2.type.serial.format=
document.keys.field2.type.serial.start=
document.keys.field2.dateformat=

I wonder if anyone could point me to the documentation, or provide some assistance?

Never mind, I found the commented instructions inside the email0 example in the emailAgent.ini file.
