Where are the permissions to view Transaction Logs from Thick Client ?

From the Thick Client - Admin - Transaction Logs

If log in as MANAGER I see the option for Transaction Logs, but not from my actual admin user login. I was poking around our Admin user group configuration, but am not sure where to go or what to change to get this funtion added.

 In Configuration under User Groups and Rights (menu bar) use the "Log Privileges"  button.

There you can define what they can view and purge.
