Web Client not being compatible with hyland printer

We are looking to make web client out default client for onbase but not having VDP working with it is a major problem. I am trying to figure out a way to make it so when people import using web client invoices, credit memos or packing slips, it will then get converted to a TIFF like VDP does. I created a scan queue but realized this is only for things that are DIP'd in. What are some ideas on how I can accomplish this? Unity Client is a drag on our TS and wanted a lighter client. IE is not an option as the business doesnt want to use an unsecure browser

Hi Shawn,

Thank you for your question. The Virtual Print Driver is supported in the ActiveX Web Client: Your organization could consider exploring this option as part of the relevant business process.

I hope this information is helpful.

Sophia

I revised my question as IE is not an option
