Hello,
Is anyone using the Client as a Print Server.
We have an issue, where an html document will be printed that has a script error on it and it will give a general printing error. After which the print queue will just hang. It will show several documents that are waiting in the queue and they will not print.
How do I reset the print queue so it will print the document that remain in the queue. Re-launching the client does not seem to work.

Hi Kirby,
Try removing the HTML document from the Print Queue. This should allow the rest of the documents to be printed and will not require the Client to be restarted.
To remove a document from the print queue:
- From the Client, select the User menu | Print Queue
- Select the Print Queue that is being used
- Right-click on a document and select ‘Delete Selected’ from the menu
- Choose ‘Yes’ in the message box that appears to confim
