I added a doc type to a group using the copy function. My user tried to upload her document through the OnBase tab in Word. The indexing panel opened, and she could find the new doc type, but it wouldn't let her click on it. She can select other doc types in the same Doc Type Group. She can upload the document by browsing out through Unity.
I got it to work both ways logged in as myself (in the administrator user group). Any ideas? Thanks!
