Unable to check out life cycle

Getting the error message that I am unable to check out life cycle the life cycle is checked out by another user.  It shows that it is checked out by me after a power outage with that life cycle checked out.  I can't find a way to get the life cycle available for checkout again.  Let me know if there is something that can be done to make that available again.

Hey Jayson,

If you select the upper left Application menu you will see a button to "Manage Locks." This should allow you to select and release the previous lock your user holds.

The process is locked. In the OnBase client, select the Admin menu, select Utilities | Process Lock Administration.

Locate the life cycle in question, highlight it,  right click and choose remove selected.
