I am just looking for guidance on how to best troubleshoot constant locks during Committing batches. I do not see any transaction logs to check, and could not find anything in the MRG either. We have users who scan thru the thick client, and there is a script hook that runs post commit. Often, but not every time, a batch will go into incomplete commit queue. We can manually commit, but this is a daily issue, and it would be nice to figure out what is causing the issue. any suggestions would be appreciated.
