Trouble Converting Eforms with Barcode Fonts to PDF

I am trying to convert a E-form that include some barcode font for some keywords to a PDF for emailing.   OnBase will render the barcode fonts properly when I view the html rendition of the E-Form; however when I use the PDF or image data providers to create alternative renditions, it just show the numeric form of the keywords.  Yes the barcode fonts is installed on my app server and I am running 11.0.1.  Any suggestions from the community?

Currently, we do not support conversion from HTML to PDF in the Unity API. You can read more about the supported conversion in the SDK at 'Unity API > Programmer Guide > Documents and Keywords > Converting Document File Formats'
