We have a user that is getting a general print error when trying to print a tif document within the OnBase 13 Thick Client. Has anyone else seen these errors before?
The solution to this issue was to assign the Print Queues Workstation Printers for the !-CLIENT-Thick group
In Onbase Configuration:
- Users->User Groups / Rights
- Select the !-CLIENT-Thick->Print Queues
- Add Workstation Printers to Selected
