Several days later the system tasks are now available. I guess I have too many servers. I do nightly iisresets on all the servers, but most of them don't get touched during the day. One of these resets must have solved the issue. However, I don't understand exactly why the thick client would have to wait for an iisreset. I figured the ODBC connection would handle it. Can anyone from Hyland provide any insight into that?
