Statement Printing from Two Different Trays on Windows 2012R2

We recently migrated out statement printing client from Windows 2003 to Windows 2012R2 using client version 13.0.2. Now when we print from 2012R2 server, our statements come out on a single tray whereas before it printed from two different trays. Our statements use preprinted paper for the 1st page and use plain paper for check images. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey David,

I would suggest taking a look specifically at the Print Format configurations that are setup for the Statement Type (both Primary and Secondary documents) and ensure that the "Default Paper Source" is set to the correct tray.
