In OnBase 17 we noticed a new feature in Config. When a user is added to a user group, Config prompts you to add the user to all associated load balancing for their user group.
Is the "yes" choice logged anywhere in a report or in the database? Someone was using that option for several weeks without understanding the impact, and we are now trying to figure out which users are affected so we can remove them from load balance.
