I have a joint committee KW, that lists different committees as a dataset. 3 different departments will store documents and will have access to the different documents, depending on KW value. I have created seperate user groups and assigned SEC KW values appropriately, so that they will only retreive documents which have the appropriate KW, however I am curious if there is something I can do on the indexing side of things. Right now if a division imports/scans a document they see all dataset options, regardless of permissions. If they accidentally choose the wrong one, OnBase will give them a permissions errro, hwoever is there a way to filter so they only see the appropriate dataset options as well? It would just seem to be a more clean option.
