Hello,
Although there are several questions, some dating back over a year, on locking scan formats in Citrix, I can't see any answers.
Is there a best practice for locking or refreshing (after disconnect) the scan format on the Citrix hosts?

Scan formats are somewhat of a mystery in our Citrix Unity clients, and thick client as well. They seem to be not locatable when present, so never know where to check.
So I'm interested in Unity and Thick on provisioned Citrix hosts.
