Platter Management | Volumes in the Incomplete Commit Queue cannot be removed

How can volume in the Incomplete Commit Queue be removed?  The documents in these volumes were deleted through Document Maintenance and have been purged from the database, but the Incomplete Commit Queue remains.

We had this issue recently and I had to contact support and have them manually remove the stuck volumes from the database.

What is status of this SRC? I see in the Ver 15 MRG that no mention is made of a manual delete function for the Incomplete Commit queue. In what Ver will this feature be impletement? Thanks, Terry

Hi Terry.

Currently there have been no updates to this SCR. It is still being reviewed by Development for future versions of OnBase, however, at this time there has not been a commitment by Development to implement the fix. If you feel there is a greater need for this functionality which is not being addressed in this post, please reach out to your first line of support.
