How can volume in the Incomplete Commit Queue be removed? The documents in these volumes were deleted through Document Maintenance and have been purged from the database, but the Incomplete Commit Queue remains.

I'm seeing this issue in OnBase 12. In Platter Management, under Incomplete Commit, some volumes don't commit when I try to commit them. Some work fine, others just stay there no matter what I do. Is there anything else I can try?

Hi John,
There is an open Software Change Request 190655 regarding handling orphaned rows in Platter Management's Incomplete Commit Queue. You may wish to contact your first line of support and have yourself added to that SCR.
Thanks.

Until that SCR is implemented, is there any way of getting rid of these? We need to do a "manual delete" of copy 1 on these volumes, and it doesn't let you do that if there are any entries in Incomplete Commit.
