When we are on OnBase config, we are getting the platter error. Please review and advice. Below is the screenshot, FYR.

Hi Tejaswini,

Based on the error your user account doesn't have access to the Disk Group path for your Disk Group 101 Volume 38 Copy 2.  Configuration is attempting to access the OnBase.ID file in that UNC location which it likely can't update.  Make sure to verify that your user account has the appropriate permissions.

Take care.

And if you account does have access, what else could this mean?

I ask as we have a user that has had not issue with scanning to a group and one day he scanner would not show in the thick client. After that was resolved she get's the error message above.

She is in the same groups as other users that do not have an issue and there have been no changes to her security or the security on the folder.

Is DG101 your SysDocs disk group? Config will save verbose reports or other requested reports to SysDocs. We have added all of our scan groups to have modify rights to SysDocs to resolve issues when users scan because we had similar messages.
