I was contacted by a user who could not add documents to an envelope, that is assigned to a DTM export package. The user is part of the manager group so permissions should not be an issue, but the user gets the Insufficient Rights [3585] message "You do not have rights to perform this operation". I verified the user group does have Envelopes Client feature checked to be sure, even though Manager has all rights and priveleges. What could I be missing?
