PDF conversion creating troublesome SYS Verification Report

We've got some incoming documents that are converted to PDFs after scan, index and QA.  After PDF Conversion, they immediately go to an Awaiting Transfer to Host queue and are sent to an outside financial system.  Unfortunately, the PDF conversion also creates a SYS Verification Report for every batch, and that report tags along with the transferred documents. When it hits the destination system, it causes an error.  The receiving system can't/won't alter their system to ignore these System documents. We want to keep them and possibly refer to them, but how can we keep them out of the Awaiting Transfer to Host queue?

There isn't a way to keep the verification report out of the Awaiting Transfer to Host queue per se (since it is part of the batch, and the entire batch is waiting in this queue) - although the process that picks up the batch to send it should be coded to skip over any batch document(s) that are part of the system document type group (i.e. verification reports).  I would suggest communicating with your support rep to open an issue to this effect so we can address this in the code of your transfer to host processor.

Figured out a way to do it.  All of our SYS Verification Reports document types have one keyword: ZSYS - Description, and every one of them, for these PDFs, begins with PDF CONVERSION.....So we run them through a workflow that checks this keyword value. Any documents with that value are deleted. You lose the verification reports, but no more unnecessary documents falling into the destination system.
