password not updating while import the users

Dear support,

I have faced one challenge that when I import the user the updated password not updating in the user configuration.

My file contains: Username,Password,Real Name.But what i noticed that real name is updating but password not updating.

Please advise me, am i missing anything?

I would ensure that the "Update Existing User Information" is selected (see below) when running the import.

Hey Manikandakumar,

I believe this appears to be working as intended. I tested this internally and see the same results, however after looking into this further I found something in the System Admin MRG that states: "Password: A password is required for all new users. Passwords for existing users are not updated with the value in the import file." If this is something you desire to be changed, I'd suggest reaching out to your FLOS to request an enhancement be created.
