Is there a way I can govern which user groups the user would have access to administrate? I see where I can limit access to only groups the user is a member of. But in this case, we don't want the user to be a member of all of the groups. We just want them to be responsible for maintaining the members as those groups will be assigned workflow tasks.
For context: we are a university and have unity forms that get submitted by employees. The Department Chair or Dean groups are then assigned to review the forms. We would like the HR person over the colleges to manage this specific set of groups and keep their membership updated when personnel change.
