OnBase Thick Client Version 17.0.2.83 SP2 & Citrix Version 7.15 LTSR

Is anyone currently deploying the OnBase Thick Client on Citrix 7.15? If so how are the servers created? We are having issues with our scan formats continuing to work as expected once these server are rebooted using machine create services. We currently have 5 scanner models used enterprise wide. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

One suggestion regarding scan formats might be to have them all on a backed up network drive and have them all pointed there. This way if any changes need to be made or things need to be updated then you are only updating the file in one place versus having to open the maintenance image, update the file, seal the image, and then promote. Just my 2 cents. 🙂
