OnBase Across Time Zones

I'm hoping this is a simple problem for which I have just thus far been unable to find the solution but how do I get the Unity Client to represent the application servers' UTC times in the users' local times?

We have an OnBase Online customer where the servers seem to be on UTC time.  When I look at batch, document, WorkView object, and Workflow histories in a Unity Client running on my PC, though, the times are still in UTC which isn't right.  I'm in Eastern Standard Time and daylight savings is not in effect, so every time in the interface should be shifted -5 hours from the servers.  Where is/are the option(s) to set my client's local time?

We have workflow that does the same thing - subtract 4 or 5 hours. According to Hyland the only solution is to put our hosted instance of Onbase on it's own set of servers set to EST. This has been too heavy a lift for many reasons, so it was never done. It is possible, but it would be nice to have a better solution
