I have a user that when trying to view a document in onbase this error pops up and onbase closes down. I am not sure why or how to fix this.. The user is on Windows 7, adobe x, 32 bit OS, and onbase 11 thick client. If I could get some help I would really appreciated it.

Check to make sure if the file they are opening is TIF, PDf or what format.  Quite often we have gotten that message when opening PDf files.  Usually doing a repair in acrobat fixes that issue.  See if another user can view the file, and if they are able to then if the file is PDf, have the user try and open a PDF outside of onbase.

Hope that helps
