Note Display Settings

Is it possible to enable the display note open after creating the note through unity api, i am unable to find a method or properties to modify this display setting

I believe the setting you are looking for is the Display Note Open option on the Note Type. This setting is a configuration setting on the Note Type and can be set so all notes of this type created on documents to display open. This can be set in configuration but I don't believe there is an API available to set this.
