Hi,
This has been a long running warning message that happens every single time we print regardless of the device in which we print to. It is always from OnBase to a network printer.
Does anyone know how to define a default paper source so that we can eliminate ~1000 clicks per day?

Hey Belmonte,
Within OnBase configuration under Printing | Print Formats | <Select Print Format> or Create a New One | Settings | Default Paper Source. Here you have a number of options to select in which you can define what tray/feeder is used when this print format is selected.
