I am not sure if this is the right place to ask but is there any current compatibility or future plans to bring in Multi-factor authentication. Either a third party one such as duo/rsa/google auth or a native or SMS based authentication method?
Thanks

Hello John-Paul,
Thank you for posting to the ShareBase Forum.
Is your question pertaining to Authenticated User logins or for Linked Users?
For Authenticated Users (users that login using a username/password) the ShareBase Identity Provider is capable of connecting with authentication providers using the SAML 2.0 protocol. More information regarding the ShareBase Identity Provider can be found here: https://community.hyland.com/gallery/items/61403-external-sharebase-idp-guide
For Linked Users (users that access shared content without a username) there are two different password options that may be used. Information about the securing of links can be found here: https://demo.sharebase.com/help/desktop/ShareBase/rmWebUsage/Sharing_Externally_By_Link.htm. Additional information for how Site Administrators can control link sharing can be found here: https://demo.sharebase.com/help/desktop/ShareBase/rmWebAdmin/Configuring_Shared_Link_Security_Settin.... Supporting additional factors when accessing shared links is in the product backlog.
I hope this information helps you. Please feel free to reply with any additional questions.
