Mouse wheel scroll behavior (tiff's)- OnBase16

Hello,

In recently updated system from v12 sp2 to v16 sp2 our users are having a hard time adjusting to mouse wheel scroll as it scrolls to the previous or next page of a multi-page document, respectively..

Besides using  keyboard shortcut Page Up / Down to remain on the existing page, is there a way of customizing mouse wheel scroll not to scroll to the previous or next page of a multi-page document?

When we went from the thick client to Unity v14 my workers were very upset when that feature was lost. We've since upgraded to v16, but not to SP2 so we still don't have that feature. It's funny how we really want the feature back and you want to turn it off. Hopefully in the future Hyland can provide functionality that allows each customer to turn the feature on or off.
