We are deploying a new Workflow system in our environment and have had issues during development when exporting and importing Life Cycles. By issues, I mean all other Life Cycles were gone from the Repository and we had to perform a full database restore to get the Life Cycles back. Is there a set of best practices that I can use as a starting point for writing procedures?
I think I may have seen a document several months ago that described the correct order with which to resolve conflicts, something like: Keyword conflicts, then Document, then Document Type, etc. Unfortunately, I can't find that anymore.
If there isn't something already in existence, could you please comment on, or suggest additions to this list?
Run Workflow Doctor, fix all System Errors on SOURCE and TARGET system.
