Keyword Drop-downs in Custom Query form

Is there a way, when using the standard custom query form in OnBase, to have the keywords with data sets have a drop down option?  Right now, users have to know the value they are searching with and have to type it in.  They want to be able to select the value from the pre-existing values.

Hey Kim,

Thanks for using the Community! As long as the keyword itself is configured for a drop down list or data set you can enable this functionality by adjusting the settings of the custom query to have a list displayed. Simply login to OnBase Configuration | Queries | Custom Query | <Select Custom Query> | Settings | Enable "Keyword Select List".
