Is this sentence a charge query?

I was reading the licence contract about querys, so, and I have this question, Is this code "app.Core.GetDocumentByID(docId, DocumentRetrievalOptions.LoadRevisionsAndVersions)" and this "app.Core.KeywordTypes.Find(keywordTypeName);" a charge query?

I am unfamiliar with the term "charge query"; I am assuming you are referring to queries that will consume a Core Query, and if so, I have good news -- neither of those lines of code should consume a query from your license block.
