We have several now that are no longer being used. Would be nice to clean that mess up and only have available the options that we need.

Hey Greg,

I believe you will need to log into Configuration with the -ROMANZO switch applied to the shortcut to be able to delete a user group. I verified this does work in Version 13.0 with the switch applied and logged in as Manager.

In v14, assuming the account you are logged into has approriate rights, navigate to configuation:

Users > User Groups & Rights

Ah Ha! we are still on V13, but we have a pending upgrade to 15. So I guess I will revisit this then. Thank you!

Do you have access to configuration? You can delete user groups in v13, but it has to be done from configuration.

I do have access to Configuration, however there is no Delete button next to Create. I have full administrative privileges. I even logged in as the Manager account just to make sure.
