We are using OnBase 13 and currently testing the image markup tool. I would like to know if there is a way after you have completed your markups and saving the document, for the warning about promoting the document to a color document can be suppressed or do we need to import the document as a color .TIFF? If we do need to import as a color .TIFF, is this done at the scanner settings or the document level?
