Horizontal Green Bar in Cold Report

Hi,

We are importing Cold text report and it is showed with the horizontal green bar in the Thick Client. Is it possible to remove those green bars, so the background only is white?

In the other hand the same Cold text report is showed without the horizontal green bar in the Web Client. How we can show the report with the horizontal green bars?

Hi Manuel,

The Green Bar is part of the Document Type setup.  In Configuration, select the document type, click on the Settings button.  On the left side uncheck the upper left check box Show Text with Greenbar.

This is a setting on the doc type. It is an option on text documents to display with green bars.

Hi Manuel,

This setting is configured at the document type level. I'm don't believe that this behavior is different for the web client, but I will confirm this shortly in another post.

There is also a setting under the User>User Options menu where you can specify text display.
