hey guys,
We are having a need to be able to hide 4 instances of keywords on a document.
The users will be accessing from the Unity client and web client.
These keywords are not part of an auto fill keyword set.
Anyone experienced this and the best way to go about doing this?

Bruce,
Will hiding the keywords at the document type level work? In Config, for the document type(s) in question, select Keyword Types | Options and select Hidden for the SSN keyword. You need to ensure that the users do not have the access restricted keywords privilege.
I hope this helps.

Nickolas,
Unfortunately hiding this at a document type level will not work as we have some users that will need to be able to see this keyword.
It is going to have the bet set lower, would be nice if you could set something at the user group level but I have not found anything that would work on that yet.

Bruce,
Users who need to see the hidden keywords can do so if they have the "Access Restricted Keywords" Privilege in User Groups & Rights.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
Thomas
