From Web Client, Not able see assigned Keywords for Document Retrieval.

Created a new Document type with Keywords.

From OnBase Client, its working as expected but from Web Client, not able see assigned Keywords for Document Retrieval.

Hello Shashi, thank you for using the OnBase Community!


Have you recycled the Application Server Application Pool after you created the new Document Type? Changes are not reflected in the Core Clients instantly like they are in the OnBase Client. Keep in mind doing so could cause issue with other users and their connections.

What if you were just renaming existing keyword types on an existing document type, recycled Application Server App Pool and  keywords do not display? OnBase 17.0.2.78 Web Client.


Keywords are not set to be hidden.

Keywords display for the document type with OnBase Thick Client, Unity Client.
