external autofill multiple databases

I have written a query that is currently working in Microsoft SQL Management Studio. It accesses three different databases. The same account is being used for the login to Microsoft and the ODBC connection in Onbase config. When I run it in config, I am receiving an error about table rights. Has anyone run into this issue?

Good morning George.

This has happened to me in environments where the other DB is in the same instance of SQL and the solution has been that the OnBase user of the DB that makes the query (viewer or HSINet) must be assigned query permissions to the other DB, simply It goes to that external table and the user of the OnBase DB is given permissions, however, I have not had a scenario where the other DB is on another DB server. This is not a complete help but I hope it gives you a guide.
