I am receiving the attached error when trying to view the transaction logs in the OnBase Client. Does anyone know why?

We were getting this error and it turned out to be because the OnBase Distributed Disk Services (DDS) was set up to log on using the Local System account. Changing the log on to use a domain account with access to the disk groups solved the problem.
