EP3 - Duplicate keywords

Hi all,

We recently upgraded our system to EP3 and found out duplicate keywords showing in the unity client keyword list.  When we tried to delete them and save, they came right back. Thick client does not show they are duplicated.

Does anyone had this issue or know how to resolve it?

When I ran my Perceptive EP3 upgrades and ran into a problem, I was told by some of the Hyland tech support that you never really want to upgrade to EP3... in fact, they discouraged me from doing so, therefore I upgraded from EP2 to EP4... They said to never upgrade to odd number releases....Sounds like they advised me correctly.

Hi @Joe Bozen ,

That is not the case.  I would focus more on if the release is an LTR (Long Term Release) or not.  With respect to OnBase, Foundation EP3 is an LTR, however EP2 and EP4 were not.

You'd think that a vendor would standardize their naming convention?? For Perceptive EP2 and EP4 are LTR, EP3 is not.
