We have document type groups, and document types that share the same keywords. For example we have a document group of Finance, type as Invoice and keyword of department. We also have a document group information systems, type emails and keyword department. Under the departments for information systems when we do the drop down box it shows all departments whether or not there is an acutual document that reflects that query. This happens on multiple occasions in our system and it would help narrow down queries if certain descriptions of keywords would not populate if there isnt a document that reflects it under the group and type.
