Document Retreival Issue - Related Keywords

Hi all,

I recently created a new doc type with a new keyword. When users try to search all the docs under a doc type group, all related keywords don't show anymore. Because of the new keyword on this doc, it's throwing off the all related keywords when you highlight all the documents.

Any ideas on how to make the new keyword I created exclusive from the rest of the related keywords?

Hey Ryan,

If my understanding of your issue is correct, there is no current way to "exclude" this new keyword type when selecting all of the document types in a Document Type Group and it displaying the common keyword types for retrieval. By design when a selection of Document Types are highlighted only the common keywords are displayed. One solution would be to add the other desired keyword types to this new document type that are common to the other types in that group.
